The type 7408 cleanline is fully automated, i.e. the work pieces are transported into and out of the machine by a corresponding cycle-controlled feed and removal device. The system stands out for its high throughput of workpieces. Depending on the level of soiling, output times for the workpieces of 5 to 10 seconds can be achieved. Circular cycling machines of this design are robust and reliable. They have already been working for years in 3-shift operation, all round the clock, with remarkably low susceptibility to faults.
The maximum dimensions of the parts to be cleaned are approx. 200 x 100 x 100 mm. Other dimensions are also possible on request.
